Galmi Hospital AIDS Antiretroviral Treatment and Care

SIM Galmi Hospital has been providing compassionate medical care in Jesus’ name at the edge of the Sahara desert for over 60 years. It is the primary source of acute healthcare services for several million people.

Included within Galmi Hospital’s services is an extensive inpatient and outpatient program, currently catering to approximately 1,500 beneficiaries with HIV. The program addresses six areas of need: dispensing ARVs, non-ARV related clinical HIV care, ancillary services, screening, counseling, and awareness. Each of these areas serves beneficiaries through a multi-faceted approach, seeking to bring hope and give life amidst the challenges of living with HIV.
